New online group sessions are starting as part of the MIRA Project, which is carried out by Ibn Haldun University and supported by TÜBİTAK.
The project, designed for individuals who lost relatives in the February 6 earthquakes, aims to address the psychological, social, and daily life difficulties experienced after loss and to provide support through group work. Following the face-to-face sessions previously held in Adıyaman and Gaziantep, online groups have been made accessible to participants from across Türkiye.
Within this scope, two new online group sessions will begin on June 22 and June 26. Conducted under the guidance of specialists, the sessions will focus on the grief process, coping with loss, emotional difficulties, and social support needs.
Individuals who lost a loved one in the earthquake and would like to receive support for the difficulties they have experienced after their loss may apply for the free online group sessions offered through the MIRA Project.
